In May some of the team attended the European Academy of Childhood Disability Annual Conference in Bruges, Belgium. We had a strong representation from Exeter as our colleagues Gretchen Bjornstad and Alice Garrood were presenting on the SPaCE study. Jim Reeder, a PhD student with PenCRU also came, and Anna Walker, a parent carer and part of the Family Faculty.

Chris Morris chaired a symposium on parent perspectives on research and practice, and a poster session as part of the Family Track.

Phill Harniess chaired a poster session in the Family and Caregivers section and presented his and Caomhan's research on the Healthy Parent Carers programme.

Fleur Boyle presented a poster about Healthy Parent Carers being an innovative product.

It was a great opportunity to learn from our colleagues around the world and share ideas.

We are hoping to set up new collaborations with European colleagues to promote Healthy Parent Carers in their countries.
